The central competent authority may designate and publicly announce construction work of a certain scale for which the project executing agency of a construction project or the project initiator shall comply with the designated items under the eco-design regulations during the planning, design, and construction stages.Each central industry competent authority for engineering shall, in accordance with the designated items referred to in the preceding paragraph, review the relevant provisions concerning construction design, construction techniques, and operational standards for construction work.
