Management Regulations for the Import and Export of Industrial Waste Article 25-1

Documents required under the following provisions shall be submitted in paper form: Article 4, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 2; Article 11, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 2; Article 12, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 2; Article 17, Paragraph 3, Subparagraph 3; Article 18, Paragraph 3, Subparagraph 2; Article 37, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 2 and Paragraph 3, Subparagraph 2. However, this requirement shall not apply to documents issued directly by a foreign competent authority or government, or those that have been forwarded to the central competent authority of the Republic of China.
