Vehicles, ships, or other means of transportation used for the clearance of industrial waste shall prevent the occurrence of situations that may pollute the environment or endanger human health, such as the airborne dispersal, spattering, overflow, or explosion of industrial waste or emission of noxious odors.Before clearance sludge shall be dewatered or dried until moisture content is below 85%. Sludge that has not been dewatered or dried until moisture content is below 85% shall be transported in tank cars.

清除事業廢棄物之車輛、船舶或其他運送工具於清除過程中，應防止事業廢棄物飛散、濺落、溢漏、惡臭擴散、爆炸等污染環境或危害人體健康之情事發生。
污泥於清除前，應先脫水或乾燥至含水率百分之八十五以下；未進行脫水或乾燥至含水率百分之八十五以下者，應以槽車運載。
