MOENV Renewable Resource Recovery Management Regulations Article 3
The MOENV may draft official announcements on recoverable renewable resources, taking into consideration assessment reports on the economic and technical feasibility of recovering recyclables, submitted by a recovery industry competent authority, local competent authority, group, enterprise or individual (herein referred to as the "applicant").
