Regulations Governing the Issuance and Replacement of Compliance Certification and Sample Testing for New Vehicle Model Noise Inspections Article 21
Noise analysis and testing in accordance with these Regulations shall only be conducted by personnel that have passed training by the central competent authority or the organizations commissioned by the central competent authority, and have obtained a qualification certificate attesting to such training issued by the central competent authority.

依本辦法執行噪音檢驗測定之人員，以經中央主管機關或其委託之機構訓練合格，並領有中央主管機關核發之訓練合格證書者為限。
