The central competent authority may conduct sample testing on a new vehicle for a vehicle type configuration that has obtained compliance certification at least once a year.The determination of the selection process, testing methods, and testing results for new vehicle sample testing of the foregoing paragraph and other matters that require attention shall be conducted in accordance with the regulations in Appendix 4.Appendix 4.pdf
