Signs shall be installed at construction sites by the construction project owners during the construction project period.The content of the signs in the foregoing paragraph shall explicitly state the construction project air pollution control fee collection control serial number, the name and telephone number of the statutory responsible person at the construction site, as well as the local environmental agency's telephone number for reporting public nuisances.

營建業主於營建工程進行期間，應設置工地標示牌。
前項標示牌內容，應載明營建工程空氣污染防制費徵收管制編號、工地負責人姓名、電話及當地環保機關公害檢舉電話號碼。
