During construction project periods, construction project owners shall install on the outer side of scaffolding of structures or on structures at the construction site any of the following control measures that can effectively suppress dust:I. Dust screensII. Dust shieldsIII. Automatic sprinkler equipment dedicated to watering the space where the structures are located.
