The concentrations of all types of pollutants in stack emissions shall be calculated based on non-diluted dry emission volumes at a temperature of 273K and a pressure of 1 atmosphere. A 11% oxygen concentration shall serve as the reference standard. The correction formula is as follows: 21-11C = ───* Cs 21- OsWhen the oxygen concentration of air introduced into an oxygen-enriched combustion system exceeds 21%, an oxygen concentration of 11% shall serve as the reference standard for emissions gases.The correction formula is as follows: E-11C = ───* Cs E- OsIf the values in the foregoing two paragraphs (21-Os) or (E-Os) are less than 1, they shall be calculated as 1.

煙道排氣中各種污染物之濃度計算均以凱氏溫度二七三度及一大氣壓下未經稀釋之乾燥排氣體積為計算基準。
並以排氣含氧量一一％為參考基準，校正公式如下：21-11Ｃ＝────．Cs21-Os採富氧燃燒系統，即輸入焚化爐之空氣含氧量超過二一％以上時，其排氣含氧量以一一％為參考基準，校正公式如下：E-11Ｃ＝────．CsE-Os前二項（21－Os）或（E－Os）值小於一者以一計算。
並以排氣含氧量一一％為參考基準，校正公式如下：21-11Ｃ＝────．Cs21-Os採富氧燃燒系統，即輸入焚化爐之空氣含氧量超過二一％以上時，其排氣含氧量以一一％為參考基準，校正公式如下：E-11Ｃ＝────．CsE-Os前二項（21－Os）或（E－Os）值小於一者以一計算。
