Regulations for Periodic Regulatory Goals and Approaches of the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Article 7
The central competent authority shall consult with the central industry competent authorities to determine the national GHG emission trend projection principles and parameters as well as to project GHG emission trends and scenario analysis by considering the factors listed in Article 3.In order to determine and amend the periodic regulatory goal of each respective stage, the central industry competent authority of respective sectors shall invite other competent industry authorities to study, discuss and submit GHG reduction scenario, reduction contribution and estimation of the reduction cost of the respective sectors.
