Revisions to the Enforcement Rules of the Climate Change Response Act Article 21

When the central competent industry authorities convene a public hearing procedure in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 or Article 19 of this Act, the contents of the first draft of the Sectoral Action Program or Adaptation Action Program, meeting information, and meeting minutes shall be made public.The content of the first draft of the Action Program and meeting information in the preceding paragraph shall be disclosed and made known ten days before the public hearing.
