Regulations Governing the Collection of Air Pollution Control Fee Article 7
Should there be changes to the project type, surface area, project duration, project funding, and other relevant project information pertaining to the calculation of air pollution control fees, the contractor shall, before applying for a usage license or project acceptance, submit relevant documents to the special municipality, county or city competent authority for an adjustment of the amount of fees payable.

營建工程工程類別、面積、工期、經費或涉及空氣污染防制費計算之相關工程資料改變，營建業主應於申請使用執照或工程驗收前，檢具相關文件，向當地直轄市、縣（市）主管機關申報調整其應繳納費額。
