Air Pollution Control Act Enforcement Rules Article 25
Competent authorities at all levels may, depending on the needs of mobile source pollution control, organize their own inspections or form joint inspection teams with the special municipalities, counties and cities of neighboring special municipalities to carry out inspections and file charges.When necessary, inspections in the foregoing paragraph may be performed in conjunction with police authorities.

各級主管機關得視移動污染源污染管制之需要，由各級主管機關自行籌組或與鄰近直轄市、縣（市）主管機關組成聯合稽查小組，進行檢查及舉發。
