Public or private premises shall publish the trial operation plans submitted in Paragraph 1 on the websites designated by the central competent authority to the general public for reference.Special municipality, county or city competent authorities shall provide opportunities for interested parties and non-profit organizations to give opinions to special municipality, county or city competent authorities for reference. For those that are reviewed in a meeting, the minutes of the meeting shall be made after the meeting and published on the websites designated by the central competent authority.

公私場所應將依前條第一項所提出之試車計畫，登載於中央主管機關所指定之公開網站，供民眾查詢。
直轄市、縣（巿）主管機關為前條第一項核准前，應給予利害關係人及公益團體表示意見，作為直轄市、縣（巿）主管機關核准之參考；以會議方式審查者，於會議後應作成會議紀錄，並公開登載於中央主管機關指定之網站。
