Air Pollution Control Act Article 47
Manufacturing, importing, or selling chemical products containing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) as designated and officially announced by the central competent authority must comply with the VOC component standards for those products. However, this requirement does not apply to fuels exclusively intended for export.Standards for the VOC component of chemical products as mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be established through consultation between the central competent authority and relevant agencies.

製造、進口、販賣經中央主管機關指定公告含揮發性有機物之化學製品，應符合該化學製品之含揮發性有機物成分標準。
但專供出口者，不在此限。
前項含揮發性有機物化學製品成分之標準，由中央主管機關會商有關機關定之。
