Air Pollution Control Act Article 26
The air pollution control plan in Article 24 (1) and the supporting documents in Paragraph 2 of the same article shall be signed by a legally registered and practicing environmental engineer or other relevant professional engineer.Those within government agencies, public enterprises and public juridical persons subject to the preceding paragraph that have legally obtained certification as an engineer in the preceding paragraph may perform the signature work.
中文原文 空氣污染防制法第26條
第二十四條第一項之空氣污染防制計畫及同條第二項之證明文件，應經依法登記執業之環境工程技師或其他相關專業技師簽證。
政府機關、公營事業機構或公法人於前項情形，得由其內依法取得前項技師證書者辦理簽證。
