All permit application information filed by public and private premises in accordance with these Regulations shall be confirmed and signed by the air pollution control dedicated person put in place by the public or private premises.If there is no air pollution prevention dedicated unit or person for the public or private premises under the previous paragraph, it may be the statutory representative of the public or private premises or a person designated by the statutory representative.

公私場所依本辦法規定提出之各項許可證申請資料，應由該公私場所設置之空氣污染防制專責人員確認申請內容並簽章。
前項公私場所未設置空氣污染防制專責單位或人員者，得由公私場所負責人或其指定代理人為之。
