Stationary Pollution Source Installation, Operating and Fuel Use Permit Management Regulations Amended Clauses Article 51
If the application for stationary pollution source permit in public or private premises processed by the reviewing agency is subject to the implementation of environmental impact assessment, the contents of the permit shall be included in the contents and review conclusions of the approval documents under the Environmental Impact Assessment Act.The contents to be included in the permit under the previous paragraph shall not be subject to the limitations under Article 42.

審核機關受理公私場所固定污染源許可證之申請，屬應實施環境影響評估者，其許可證內容，應納入經環境影響評估法審查通過之書件所載內容及審查結論。
