Regulations Governing the Certification and Authorization of Motor Vehicle Air Pollutants Article 5
Application for certification and authorization, the vehicle manufacturer shall submit the following electronic documents through network transmission to the central competent authority:a.Application form.b.Vehicle model compliance verification or individual vehicle compliance verification.c.Other documents designated by the central competent authority.For those documents, described in the above paragraph, files in a manner established by the central competent authority, could be exempt from repetitive submitting.

汽車製造者應檢具下列文件，以網路傳輸方式向中央主管機關申請驗證核章：
一、申請表。
二、車型合格證明或逐車合格證明。
三、其他經中央主管機關指定之文件。
前項應檢具文件，已依中央主管機關建置之電子檔案資料申報傳輸者，得免予檢具。
