Institutional Long-Term Care Juridical Entities Act Article 24
The articles of endowment of a long-term care foundation shall contain the following particulars:1. Its purpose, name, main business office, and branch offices.2. The type and total amount of properties endowed, as well as the methods of their safekeeping and use;3. Business activities.4. The number, qualifications, methods of selection, term of office, appointment, and removal of directors and Board Auditors.5. The method of selection, term of office, appointment, and removal of the chairman of the board.6. The organization and authority of the board of directors as well as the methods of reaching resolutions.7. The period of existence, if provided.8. The causes of dissolution and ownership of the remaining properties.9. The date when the articles of endowment are established.For foundations established by means of endowment through a will, the executor of the will shall establish the articles of endowment if the will does not contain the particulars set forth in the preceding paragraph.

長照機構財團法人捐助章程應記載事項如下：

二、捐助財產之種類、總額及保管運用方法。
三、業務項目。
四、董事、監察人之人數、資格、產生方式、任期及任免。
五、董事長之產生方式、任期及任免。
六、董事會之組織、職權及決議方法。
七、定有存立時期者，其時期。
八、解散之事由及其賸餘財產之歸屬。
九、訂定捐助章程之年、月、日。
以遺囑捐助設立者，其遺囑未載明前項規定時，由遺囑執行人訂定捐助章程。
