Long-Term Care Services Act Article 56
Any long-term care personnel found in any of the following circumstances shall be fined between NT$6,000 and NT$30,000, and may additionally be subject to a suspension of practice for a period of one month to one year; in severe cases, their professional certification may be revoked:1. Making false entries in records while performing professional duties.2. Renting or lending their long-term care personnel certification to others for their use.3. Violating Article 44 (the Anti-Abuse provision).

長照人員有下列情事之一者，處新臺幣六千元以上三萬元以下罰鍰，得併處一個月以上一年以下停業處分；情節重大者，並得廢止其證明：
一、執行業務時，為不實之記載。
二、將長照人員證明租借他人使用。
三、違反第四十四條規定。
