Long-Term Care Services Act Article 16
The central competent authority shall establish information systems for service user care management, workforce management, long-term care (LTC) institution management, service quality, and related matters, to serve as the basis for adjustments to LTC policies, and shall make such information publicly available in accordance with law.The competent authorities and all LTC institutions shall provide the information required for the systems described in the preceding paragraph.
