Regulations for Assessment of and Rewards for Children and Youth Welfare Institutes by Ministry of Health and Welfare Article 3
The Ministry of Health and Welfare ("MOHW") shall form the Assessment Committee in charge of coordination, planning and conducting assessment and other assessment related to children and youth welfare institutes.The conducting of the assessment in previous paragraph may be commissioned to private institutes or schools.

衛生福利部（以下簡稱本部）應成立評鑑小組，負責協調、規劃與執行評鑑及其他有關兒童及少年福利機構評鑑事宜。
