When a charitable trust relationship is eliminated, the trustee should make the following documents and, after recognition by the trust supervisor, present them to the competent authority within 15 days.1. 公益信託關係消滅時，受託人應作成下列文件，並於取得信託監察人承認後十五日內，向主管機關申報：
