When a related party or prosecutor wants to dismiss the trust supervisor under Article 76 and Article 58 of this Law, an application should be made to the competent authority attaching the following documents:1. Application form2. Statement of reason for dismissal application3. Opinion on choice of new trust supervisor

利害關係人或檢察官依本法第七十六條及第五十八條規定，申請解任信託監察人者，應檢具下列文件向主管機關提出：
