When the trustee intends to resign in accordance with Article 74 of this Law, an application for permission including the following documents should be made to the competent authority.1. Application form2. Statement of reason for resigning3. Documents that record trust affairs and trust property situation4. Opinions on selection of new trustee

受託人依本法第七十四規定辭任時，應檢具下列文件向主管機關申請許可：
