Convention on the Rights of the Child Implementation Act Article 5

i. Government agencies at all levels shall, in accordance with their current legal duties and responsibilities, be responsible for planning, promoting, and implementing matters stipulated in the Convention, and for conducting evaluations. When matters involve the responsibilities of different agencies, they shall coordinate and liaise with each other. ii. The government shall cooperate with governments of other countries, domestic and international non-governmental organizations, and human rights institutions to protect and promote the realization of all rights of children and juveniles guaranteed by the Convention.
