Medical Subsidy Regulations for Children and Youth Article 8
The competent authority of municipality or county (city) governments shall send basic information electronically of the children and youth in mid and low-income families to the Health Insurance Administration before the 5th of each month. This also applies to data changes.If subsidy qualification is still valid after the household registration change, the effective date for the change shall be carried back to the move-in date listed by the household registration office.The regulations for the exchange of electronic information stated in paragraph 1 are to be defined by the Health Insurance Administration.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應於每月五日以前將符合中低收入戶內兒童及少年之基本資料以媒體資料方式送健保署。
資料異動時，亦同。
前項異動，因戶籍遷徙而仍具補助資格時，應追溯至戶政機關登列之遷入日期為異動生效日。
第一項媒體資料交換之規範，由健保署定之。
