Medical Subsidy Regulations for Children and Youth Article 3
National health insured children under 3 years of age and the recipients of the subsidy stipulated in the subparagraph 1 of the preceding article.If the recipients for the subsidy stipulated in the preceding paragraph reach 3 years of age during the hospitalization period, the subsidy shall be continued until the day of discharge from the hospital.

接受前條第一款之補助對象為三歲以下參加全民健康保險之兒童。
前項補助對象因傷病住院期間年滿三歲者，得繼續接受補助至出院日止。
