Standards for Establishing Children and Youth Welfare Institutes Article 13
Early intervention institutes shall target families to offer the following services to children and their parents, guardians or the people who actually take care of them：1. Early intervention2. Life self-care training and social adaptation.3. Parental education and support of family function.4. Consultation, such as reporting, referral and transition.5. Others that may benefit children’s wholesome development.

早期療育機構應以家庭為服務對象，提供兒童及其父母、監護人或實際照顧兒童之人下列服務：

五、其他有益兒童身心健全發展者。
