Regulations Governing Qualifications and Trainings of Professional Personnel of Children and Youth Welfare Institutes Article 5
Assistant early intervention specialists shall meet one of the following criteria:1.Having a minor from or completion of a credit program at a senior high school or higher education institution in a college, department, graduate institute, degree program, or academic division related to early childhood care, home economics, or nursing; or2.Graduation with a senior high school degree or above with a special training course-completion certificate for early intervention specialists.

早期療育助理教保人員應具備下列資格之一：
一、高級中等以上學校幼兒保育、家政、護理相關學院、系、所、學位學程、科之輔系或學分學程畢業者。
二、高級中等以上學校畢業，並取得早期療育教保人員專業訓練結業證書者。
