Regulations Governing Qualifications and Trainings of Professional Personnel of Children and Youth Welfare Institutes Article 21
In-service training shall be carried out in the following manner:1.Organized by the competent authority or by an agency or organization sponsored or commissioned by the competent authority;2.Organized by the institute or by an agency or organization commissioned by the institute; or3.Organized by the competent authority of the target enterprise or by an agency or organization sponsored or commissioned by the competent authority of the target enterprise.
