Regulations Governing Qualifications and Trainings of Professional Personnel of Children and Youth Welfare Institutes Article 16
Professional training courses for childcare, early intervention, care and guidance, and psychological guidance personnel, as well as for supervisors, must include at least the following core courses:1.Children and youth welfare and rights protection policies and regulations;2.Physical and mental development in children and youths;3.Cultural pluralism and parental education; and4.Professional ethics.Personnel who have taken the same course under the same title for a different care service role may transfer such course credits to the training program for another role.

托育、早期療育教保、保育輔導、心理輔導及主管人員之專業訓練課程，至少包括下列核心課程：
一、兒童及少年福利與權益保障政策、法規。
二、兒童、少年身心發展。
三、多元文化與親職教育。
四、專業工作倫理。
修習不同類別人員資格之專業訓練，其課程名稱相同者，得抵免之。
