Child and Juvenile Welfare and Rights Protection Act Article 67
The special municipality or county (city) competent authority shall continue to provide necessary welfare services for children and juveniles and their families who are handled as juvenile protection cases or juvenile criminal cases in accordance with the Juvenile Justice Act.The welfare services mentioned in the preceding paragraph may be entrusted to child and juvenile welfare institutions or organizations.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關對於依少年事件處理法以少年保護事件、少年刑事案件處理之兒童、少年及其家庭，應持續提供必要之福利服務。
