Child and Juvenile Welfare and Rights Protection Act Article 58
The seventy-two hours stipulated in Article 57, Paragraph 2, shall be calculated immediately from the time of emergency placement of the child or juvenile in accordance with Article 57, Paragraph 1. However, the following times shall not be included:1. Travel time for escort.2. Traffic obstruction time.3. Delay time due to other force majeure events.

前條第二項所定七十二小時，自依前條第一項規定緊急安置兒童及少年之時起，即時起算。
但下列時間不予計入：
一、在途護送時間。
二、交通障礙時間。
三、其他不可抗力之事由所生之遲滯時間。
