Child and Juvenile Welfare and Rights Protection Act Article 27
The government shall plan and implement medical care measures for children and juveniles; if necessary, it may subsidize their expenses based on their family's economic conditions.The regulations for the recipients, items, amounts, and procedures for the subsidies mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be determined by the central competent authority.
