The central health competent authority shall conduct retrospective analyses of the causes of death for children under six years of age and regularly publish the analysis results.The competent authority shall conduct surveys, statistics, and analyses of the physical and mental development, social participation, living conditions, and needs of children and juveniles every four years and publish the results.
