Central competent authority shall establish a committee of adoption information management to audit and evaluate following issues.1. The issue regarding the proviso in paragraph 2 of article 3.2. The issue regarding the identification of interested parties in subparagraph 4 of paragraph 1 in article 5.3. The issue regarding the proviso in paragraph 2 of article 6.4. Other issues regarding the controversy related to the information of adoption giving and adoption.There shall be 9-17 members placed for the committee of adoption information management. One of them is to be the convener concurrently acted by someone sent from central competent authority. Other members will be selected by central competent authority from following groups.1. Representatives of central competent authority and relevant institutes.2. Representatives of private groups.3. Academics and experts.The ratio for above subparagraph 2 plus 3 in the preceding paragraph shall not be less than 1/2 of the total number of committee members.

中央主管機關應成立收養資訊管理委員會，審議、評估下列事宜：
一、第三條第二項但書事宜。
二、第五條第一項第四款利害關係人之認定事宜。
三、第六條第二款但書事宜。
四、其他與收出養資訊有關之爭議事宜。
收養資訊管理委員會應置委員九人至十七人，其中一人為召集人，由中央主管機關派員兼任，其餘委員由中央主管機關就下列人員遴聘之：
一、中央主管機關及相關機關代表。
二、民間團體代表。
三、學者及專家。
前項第二款及第三款代表之比例不得少於委員總數二分之一。
