Central competent authority shall coordinate following institutes or individuals to offer information of adoption giving and adoption.1. Court.2. The authorized municipal agencies, county (city) government.3. Household registration offices.4. Child and juvenile welfare institutes.5. Child and juvenile adoption service provider6.Adoption givers, adopters and adopted children and juveniles.7. Other appropriate groups or professional personnel.The foregoing competent authorities (institutions) and the individual person must provide the relevant information through telegram, facsimile or other technological telecommunication.

中央主管機關應協調下列機關（構）、個人提供收出養資訊：
一、法院。
二、直轄市、縣（市）主管機關。
三、戶政事務所。
四、兒童及少年福利機構。
五、兒童及少年收出養媒合服務者。
六、出養人、收養人與被收養兒童及少年。
七、其他團體或專業人員。
前項各機關（構）、個人得以電信傳真或其他科技設備傳送等方式提供相關資訊。
