Permit and Management Regulations for Children and Youth Adoption Service Providers Article 26
The central competent authority shall perform annual on-site inspections at adoption matching service providers’ place(s) of business and may do so together with other competent authority that approved the registration of the foundation or placement facility.The central competent authority may entrust the local competent authority to perform an inspection described in the preceding paragraph on its behalf.Adoption matching service providers shall cooperate in inspections, as described in Paragraph 1 herein, by providing the relevant information and may not evade, obstruct, or refuse such inspections. The central competent authority shall require adoption matching service providers to make the necessary improvements by a stipulated deadline if flaws are identified.

中央主管機關每年應至收出養媒合服務者之場所進行業務檢查，並得會同財團法人及安置機構設立許可之主管機關為之。
前項業務檢查，中央主管機關得委由直轄市、縣（市）主管機關辦理。
第一項業務檢查，收出養媒合服務者應配合提供相關資料，不得規避、妨礙或拒絕；檢查結果有缺失者，中央主管機關應通知限期改善。
