Permit and Management Regulations for Children and Youth Adoption Service Providers Article 17
A prospective adopter shall undergo pre-adoption workshops and educational courses and pass an adopter qualifications evaluation by the adoption matching service provider in order to become an eligible adopter.The course contents, hours, and lecturer qualifications for the pre-adoption workshops training courses described in the preceding paragraph shall be announced separately by the central competent authority.

收養申請人於申請收養時，應接受收出養媒合服務者辦理之收養準備教育課程，並經適任評估及審查通過後，始具備收養人資格。
