Permit and Management Regulations for Children and Youth Adoption Service Providers Article 11
An application submitted in accordance with the preceding two articles shall be rejected by the central competent authority, and any approval shall be rescinded or revoked), if there shall be in any of the following circumstances:1. Documents provided are found to be falsified, forged, or misrepresented;2. The applicant is found to be in violation of Article 83, Subparagraphs 1 through 4 of the Act;3. The applicant fails to make the necessary improvement by a deadline imposed by the competent authority following a violation of Article 83, Subparagraphs 5 through 11 of the Act; or4. The applicant is found to be in violation of any paragraphs of Article 3 herein.

前二條申請有下列情形之一者，中央主管機關應不予許可；已許可者，撤銷或廢止之：
一、文件、資料虛偽不實。
二、有本法第八十三條第一款至第四款情形之一。
三、有本法第八十三條第五款至第十一款情形之一，經設立許可主管機關令其限期改善，屆期未改善。
四、有第三條各款情形之一。
