Anyone who violates the regulations of Paragraph 1 of Article 16 will be fined a sum no less than NT$100,000 and no more than NT$500,000.Anyone who violates the regulations of Article 74 will be fined a sum no less than NT$100,000 and no more than NT$500,000 by the competent authority in charge of specific business.

中文原文身心障礙者權益保障法第86條

違反第十六條第一項規定，處新臺幣十萬元以上五十萬元以下罰鍰。
違反第七十四條規定，由目的事業主管機關處新臺幣十萬元以上五十萬元以下罰鍰。
