People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act Article 78
Should people with disabilities encounter any of the difficulties as one of all subparagraphs listed in Article 75, and be in instant danger or danger suspension on lives, body, or freedom, the municipal and county (city) competent authorities shall provide urgent protection, settlement, or other necessary disposition.As confronting the urgent protection, settlement, or other mandatory management, the municipal and county (city) competent authorities can ask for necessary assistance from the prosecutors or local police-offices to complete the above urgent task.
中文原文 身心障礙者權益保障法第78條
身心障礙者遭受第七十五條各款情形之一者，情況危急非立即給予保護、安置或其他處置，其生命、身體或自由有立即之危險或有危險之虞者，直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應予緊急保護、安置或為其他必要之處置。
直轄市、縣（市）主管機關為前項緊急保護、安置或為其他必要之處置時，得請求檢察官或當地警察機關協助。
