People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act Article 75
Any of the following acts shall not be imposed on people with disabilities:1. Abandonment.2. Physical and mental abuse.3. Freedom restriction.4. Leave the incompetent disabled persons alone in specific environments／situations where they might be put in danger or get hurt.5. Make use of people with disabilities to beg or act for performance.6. Force or seduce people with disabilities to get married.7. Other crimes or misbehaviors against people with disabilities or make use of them.

對身心障礙者不得有下列行為：
一、遺棄。
二、身心虐待。
三、限制其自由。
四、留置無生活自理能力之身心障礙者於易發生危險或傷害之環境。
五、利用身心障礙者行乞或供人參觀。
六、強迫或誘騙身心障礙者結婚。
七、其他對身心障礙者或利用身心障礙者為犯罪或不正當之行為。
