The economic security for people with disabilities are to be planned and executed, step by step, by life subsidies, day care and residential care subsidies, caregiver allowance, and pension/annuity insurance.Regulations on the pension/annuity insurance for people with disabilities in the above-mentioned paragraph is implemented by the related social insurance laws.

身心障礙者經濟安全保障，採生活補助、日間照顧及住宿式照顧補助、照顧者津貼、年金保險等方式，逐步規劃實施。
