People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act Article 59
People with disabilities do not need to pay the admittance fee with their disability identification when entering the scenery areas, entertainment places, or cultural and educational areas that are operated by public or a government owned, contractor operated (GOCO) entity. Where the scenery areas, entertainment places, or cultural and educational areas are managed by the private sector, they shall be given half-price.If people with disabilities are verified to be in need of company, according to the result of need assessment, and have one companion only, people with disabilities and their guardians or the necessary companions may also enjoy the preceding favors.

身心障礙者進入收費之公營或公設民營風景區、康樂場所或文教設施，憑身心障礙證明應予免費；其為民營者，應予半價優待。
