People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act Article 44
The Employment Fund for People with Disabilities shall be utilized as follows:1. Subsidize the agencies/organizations/institutions which need to purchase, re-equip, fix instruments & materials and facilities and other charges by employing people with disabilities;2. Issue grants to the private agencies/organizations/institutions over-employing people with disabilities;3. Implement other related affairs to promote the employment rights and interests of people with disabilities.The amount of the grants mentioned in the above Subparagraph 2 shall be based on the upper limit of over-number of difference multiplied by 50% of monthly basic wage.

前條身心障礙者就業基金之用途如下：
一、補助進用身心障礙者達一定標準以上之機關（構），因進用身心障礙者必須購置、改裝、修繕器材、設備及其他為協助進用必要之費用。
二、核發超額進用身心障礙者之私立機構獎勵金。
三、其他為辦理促進身心障礙者就業權益相關事項。
前項第二款核發之獎勵金，其金額最高按超額進用人數乘以每月基本工資二分之一計算。
