People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act Article 31
The competent authorities of individual levels in charge of education shall plan resources for the preschool education for those with disabilities. The authorities shall also encourage the establishment of private preschool organizations that provide after-school care services, research, and development of teaching materials.Public preschools and after-school care services shall prioritize the inclusion of children with disabilities and practice preschool education, nursing services, and related professional services for children with disabilities. The private sector of preschools and after-school care services shall be encouraged to receive children with disabilities.
中文原文 身心障礙者權益保障法第31條
各級教育主管機關應依身心障礙者教育需求，規劃辦理學前教育，並獎勵民間設立學前機構，提供課後照顧服務，研發教具教材等服務。
公立幼兒園、課後照顧服務，應優先收托身心障礙兒童，辦理身心障礙幼童學前教育、托育服務及相關專業服務；並獎助民間幼兒園、課後照顧服務收托身心障礙兒童。
