People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act Article 30-1

The central education authority shall consider resource sharing and commonly used modern digital technology according to the needs of people with visual, learning or hearing disabilities or other people who have difficulty perceiving works, or others with perceived work difficulty, and appoint libraries responsible for planning, integrating, and collecting library resources in a touchable digital form for the utilization of the visually impaired and other impaired persons.The appointed libraries in the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall provide priority library resources according to the needs of people with visual disabilities and other impaired persons stated in the preceding paragraph.The content, utilization and funding regulations for the planning, integration and collection stated in paragraph 1 shall be set by the central education authority.
